This a Huge property, With big rooms and Good Food, but that's where the positives stop. A special thanks to Restaurant staff, who was able to deliver on special requests regarding food, as we we were traveling with kids and elders. This property boasts of being a 5 star but is more of glorified 3 star. Rooms are spacious and can accommodate a family of 4 easily but need maintenance. Issues with Jaccuzi leaking, The exhaust sounding like industrial fan, mini fridge which was not cooling etc were some problems which never got fixed. High tea and events/games in the evening were good. Activity area has games like air hockey but are ineffective as the tables are damaged. The first two days we even got an acceptable kind of housekeeping and other services, and this is despite them serving us 'expired' beverages, which they tried to pass of as a mistake from a newbie, but the third day, we got one of the worst service i had in my travels. we couldn't even get the staff to bring us drinking water to our room, let alone housekeeping or anything else. and it was only after multiple calls and huge escalation, only around late evening we got the team to listen to us. We paid a hefty amount considering Holi weekend but a lot was left to be desired. This property has potential, however the experience here has left a bad after taste. If you are traveling with kids, there are better options available in the region.
